“2 different types of players. Smith is more of a target man. Will hold up the ball, pressure the opposing defence and has more of an aerial presence. McNulty is more of a creative player, who can run at the opposition and create chances for himself and others.
Today also showed that although McNulty is a natural finisher, he took his 1 chance and scored, Smith could have had 3/4 if his finishing was better.”“As soon as we brought on the lively Mcnulty we had far far more threat.”
